As an Assistant Lecturer/Trainer, you will assist in delivering lectures, conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, and providing support to students. You will work closely with senior lecturers to ensure the curriculum is effectively delivered and that students receive the guidance they need to succeed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in delivering lectures and training sessions to students in accordance with the curriculum.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide academic support and mentoring to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with senior lecturers and trainers to improve instructional methods and course content.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Teaching certification or training qualification (e.g., Trainer’s Certification) is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or educational support at a similar level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
