Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the logistics and warehouse team to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, local transport laws, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with external logistics providers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a warehouse setting.
