Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in handling chemical products and hazardous materials? A market-leading organization is currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Logistics Manager (Chemical/Dangerous Goods) to join their team at the International Business Park in Singapore. Represented by Recruit Express, this pivotal role will oversee both local and international distribution activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and complete regulatory compliance.
In this position, you will be responsible for streamlining supply chain processes and optimizing logistics activities for all local and overseas export orders, including complex drop shipments. You will work closely with global freight forwarders, warehouse operations, and regulatory authorities to manage Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance and delivery schedules.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily logistics, shipping, and warehousing activities for all local and overseas export orders.
- Coordinate and manage complex international drop shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with international and local regulations concerning the transport and handling of Chemical and Dangerous Goods (DG).
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to negotiate competitive rates and resolve operational challenges.
- Review, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, and SDS sheets.
- Implement and enforce robust safety protocols in accordance with SCDF, NEA, and other regional regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, customer service, and sales, to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in logistics and shipping, with a strong emphasis on Chemical or Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo.
- Possess valid IMDG or IATA DGR certifications (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of import/export trade compliance, customs regulations, and drop-shipment workflows.
- Familiarity with local government agency regulations such as NEA, SCDF, and HSA.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
