Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with production planning teams to manage inventory levels and material flow efficiently.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international logistics protocols.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cycle counting initiatives and maintain high inventory accuracy across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to be based in the Jurong East area.
