Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory control for chemical goods.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to the handling and transportation of chemical products.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any logistics issues.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-based decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics activities, costs, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and systems to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or chemical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of chemical handling regulations, dangerous goods transportation, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
