Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound logistics of chemical products.
- Ensure full compliance with SCDF, NEA, and other local regulatory requirements regarding the storage and transport of hazardous materials.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and transport vendors to optimize shipping schedules and reduce operational costs.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems, conducting regular audits and stock reconciliation.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Handle documentation related to import/export permits and dangerous goods declarations.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring all chemical storage follows strict safety and segregation guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics management, specifically within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Possess a valid Dangerous Goods (DG) handling certification or comprehensive knowledge of DG regulations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting in the West Region.
- Knowledge of SCDF/NEA licensing and chemical safety standards is highly advantageous.
