Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements
- Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics regulations and company policies
- Prepare monthly logistics performance reports and KPI tracking for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align supply chain activities
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce lead times
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
