Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily lounge operations ensuring exceptional service delivery and ambiance standards
  • Train, mentor and motivate lounge staff to maintain peak performance levels
  • Manage inventory control, cost management and supplier relationships
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve service challenges with professionalism
  • Collaborate with F&B team on menu development and promotional activities
  • Implement brand standards while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor service quality through guest feedback and continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality or premium F&B management role
  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume lounge or bar operations
  • Strong knowledge of beverage service standards and inventory management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English with additional languages advantageous
  • Relevant hospitality certification or degree preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-end service environments
