Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily lounge operations ensuring exceptional service delivery and ambiance standards
- Train, mentor and motivate lounge staff to maintain peak performance levels
- Manage inventory control, cost management and supplier relationships
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service challenges with professionalism
- Collaborate with F&B team on menu development and promotional activities
- Implement brand standards while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor service quality through guest feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality or premium F&B management role
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume lounge or bar operations
- Strong knowledge of beverage service standards and inventory management
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English with additional languages advantageous
- Relevant hospitality certification or degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-end service environments
