Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to minimize downtime.
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting complex technical failures and implementing effective, long-term solutions.
- Monitor facility equipment performance and maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility improvements.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Support the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new facility equipment and machinery.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and perform onsite diagnostics to resolve immediate issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar engineering support role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in using standard diagnostic tools and hand tools for mechanical repairs.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and contractors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
