Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance activities for food processing and edible oil production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional development.
- Implement and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on the factory floor.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supply chain continuity.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and ISO requirements.
- Analyze equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and machinery upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical expertise in handling high-speed packaging lines and edible oil processing machinery.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SS651) and quality assurance protocols (HACCP/GMP).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
