- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and workflow management.
- Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system for accurate order taking and billing processing.
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling, reconciliation of daily transactions, and payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, supervise, and support junior staff to ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding cash handling and order accuracy.
