Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the poultry house, ensuring optimal performance of ventilation and feeding automation systems.
- Implement and enforce strict biosecurity frameworks to prevent disease outbreaks and maintain flock health.
- Manage the handling, storage, and logistics of hatching eggs to ensure high fertility and hatch rates.
- Supervise and train farm staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, feed consumption, and health reports for management review.
- Coordinate with upper management to develop strategies for increasing production efficiency and reducing waste.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with local regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in poultry farm management or similar agricultural operations.
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of poultry automation technologies and mechanics.
- Strong knowledge of biosecurity protocols, disease prevention, and hatching egg handling standards.
- Valid certification in agricultural management or animal science is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Willingness to work in a rural setting and adapt to shift schedules as required.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and communication.
