Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Management team in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor staff to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily performance, shift reports, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the facility.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive traffic and growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
