- Supervise daily store operations and staff performance to maintain Wendy's service standards
- Assist the Store Manager in inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor food preparation, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in supervisory role within food service or retail industry
