Agro Harapan Lestari is a leading player in the palm oil industry, committed to sustainable agriculture and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager Accounting to join our finance team in Kotawaringin Timur, Kalimantan Tengah.
In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the accounting operations of our palm oil plantation and processing facilities. You will ensure financial accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and provide critical financial insights to support management decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and company policies.
- Manage tax compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Monitor plantation operational costs and prepare variance analysis reports against budgets.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional development and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls within the palm oil operational scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the plantation or palm oil industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/plantation environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
