Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive costing strategies to optimize production costs and improve gross margins.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline accounting workflows and data integrity.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to management to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of professional development and performance excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to tax compliance, internal audit requirements, and global financial standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (CPA/CA/CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
- Strong proficiency in Cost Accounting and budget management principles.
- Expert-level knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations for high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operational teams.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
