Your duties will encompass managing complex schedules, organizing meetings and events, processing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication across departments. You will also support programme development, assist with admissions and examination processes, and contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in administrative management, preferably within a higher education or research environment. You possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and support research and graduate programme activities within the School of EEE
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective programme delivery and collaboration
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for academic staff and programme committees
  • Oversee administrative processes including admissions, examinations, student records, and graduation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for programme reviews, accreditation, and reporting
  • Organize events such as seminars, workshops, orientation sessions, and networking activities
  • Maintain databases and filing systems to ensure efficient information management and retrieval
  • Provide secretarial and logistical support to committees, working groups, and special projects

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience, ideally in a higher education or research setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation
  • Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and academic regulations is an advantage
