Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with management to oversee daily technical operations and project lifecycles.
- Integrate and optimize AI-driven tools to enhance developer productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical goals.
- Support the implementation of software development best practices and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, documentation, and performance analyses.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support, software development, or operations.
- Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API, or similar).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership potential with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
