National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager, AIO CHAMPS to join our innovative team focused on transforming patient outcomes and population health management. In this role, you will work within the CHAMPS (Community Health Assessment, Management, Prevention and Surveillance) initiative, leveraging data analytics to drive evidence-based decisions that enhance the health outcomes of Singapore's population. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, public health experts, and technology specialists to implement impactful health programs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead data analysis initiatives to identify trends and patterns in population health outcomes across CHAMPS programs
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key health metrics and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for patient care improvement
- Support the implementation of AI and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency in healthcare delivery
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within the AIO CHAMPS initiative
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of population health interventions and prevention strategies
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating executive-level dashboards
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures, medical terminology, and population health concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI/ML projects or healthcare IT systems would be advantageous
