In this pivotal role, you will act as a key pillar for our strategic accounts, ensuring seamless end-to-end import and export operations while driving service excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing complex freight processes, ensuring full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and acting as the primary point of escalation for our premium clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air freight import and export operations for designated key accounts to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with internal SOPs, customs regulations, and global trade standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Coordinate effectively between cross-functional teams, overseas offices, and ground operations at Changi Airport.
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and providing proactive status updates.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and service improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members to maintain high operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Air Freight operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations, customs clearance processes, and dangerous goods handling.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement projects and managing high-volume accounts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
