Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze existing workflows and pinpoint opportunities for digital transformation.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation tools, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated systems, ensuring high availability and operational accuracy.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding new automation tools and software updates.
- Ensure all automation initiatives comply with organizational data security, privacy standards, and IT governance protocols.
- Develop detailed documentation, process maps, and SOPs for all newly implemented automated systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on business process automation.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
- Solid understanding of API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and ERP system workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
