Nextbeat Singapore is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager to drive business development initiatives within our Innovation Team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between creative innovation and strategic sales execution, helping to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the business development strategy for the Innovation Team and drive growth initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and pitch innovative solutions to prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Proven track record of managing innovation-related projects or initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
