Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies to enhance employee competencies.
- Partner with departmental heads to identify training gaps and design customized organizational development (OD) interventions.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster professional growth.
- Manage the end-to-end cycle of instructional design, from curriculum development to delivery and performance assessment.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, supporting leadership in managing transitions and improving departmental workflows.
- Analyze L&D data and feedback metrics to report on the effectiveness of training programs and propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the hospital to cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centric care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies, instructional design principles, and OD frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytical tools for reporting and evaluation.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector or a large-scale institutional environment is highly preferred.
