- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback analysis, and performance metrics
- Lead the implementation of blended learning solutions including e-learning modules
- Collaborate with department heads to create targeted development plans for critical roles
- Manage learning technology platforms and maintain digital resource libraries
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development roles
- Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Certification in L&D methodologies (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) preferred
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
