Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct executive support to the Chief's Office, managing schedules, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate and oversee key strategic healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Draft and review high-level reports, briefing notes, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between department heads to ensure seamless operational flow and information dissemination.
- Analyze administrative data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Oversee departmental compliance with healthcare regulations and internal organizational policies.
- Organize and facilitate executive-level committees, capturing minutes and tracking action items to completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive administration or healthcare operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface with senior executives.
