As a key member of our Sales division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing high-value enterprise client relationships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Grab's cutting-edge advertising solutions and our clients' business goals. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and mentor a team of Account Executives to exceed quarterly and annual targets. You will also act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their advertising spend while building long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the GrabAds platform.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to maximize their performance and career growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective enterprise clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure client success and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, B2B sales, or media planning.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
