We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Assistant Manager, Client Partner (GrabAds) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with our key advertising partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and retain high-value advertising clients within the GrabAds ecosystem.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales funnels.
- Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures to maximize revenue and profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and creative, to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
- Present quarterly business reviews and performance reports to senior management to ensure alignment with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian digital ecosystem and the logistics/transportation industry is highly preferred.
