Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze company expenditures to identify cost optimization opportunities across departments
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management systems tracking depreciation, maintenance schedules, and disposal protocols
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare monthly cost variance reports with actionable recommendations for senior management
- Coordinate with department heads to align procurement strategies with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in cost control or procurement within hospitality/tourism industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and KPIs
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management capabilities
- Certification in supply chain or asset management (e.g., CIPS, CAMS) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
