Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and analyze company expenditures to identify cost optimization opportunities across departments
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management systems tracking depreciation, maintenance schedules, and disposal protocols
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure stock accuracy
  • Prepare monthly cost variance reports with actionable recommendations for senior management
  • Coordinate with department heads to align procurement strategies with operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in cost control or procurement within hospitality/tourism industry
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and KPIs
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management capabilities
  • Certification in supply chain or asset management (e.g., CIPS, CAMS) preferred
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
