Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost control systems to monitor operational expenditures
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Execute asset lifecycle management including acquisition, maintenance, and depreciation tracking
- Implement inventory control protocols to prevent stock discrepancies and optimize resource allocation
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Coordinate with department heads to align procurement strategies with operational needs
- Generate regular reports on cost performance, asset utilization, and inventory metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in cost control, procurement, or asset management roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and inventory software
- Excellent negotiation abilities with proven vendor management experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control methodologies
- Certifications in procurement or supply chain management (CIPS, CPSM) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
