Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise the credit control team to ensure efficient operations and timely collections.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts with proactive strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams for debt collection and dispute resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on credit control performance, cash flow forecasting, and key metrics.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients using financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in credit control processes through automation and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, credit risk management, and collection strategies.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFE) is a plus.
