Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and supervise the credit control team to ensure efficient operations and timely collections.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts with proactive strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams for debt collection and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit control performance, cash flow forecasting, and key metrics.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients using financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in credit control processes through automation and best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, credit risk management, and collection strategies.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFE) is a plus.
