Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the credit processing department, including reviewing and approving credit applications.
  • Analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine risk levels and recommend appropriate credit limits.
  • Monitor existing loan portfolios to identify delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit risk reports and present findings to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and external statutory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or banking operations.
  • Proven track record of managing a team or working in a supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Familiarity with credit management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
