Join Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad as an Assistant Manager (Cybersecurity) and become a guardian of our digital infrastructure. We're seeking a proactive cybersecurity leader to design, implement, and monitor robust security protocols that protect our organization's sensitive data and systems. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive security strategies, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 and NIST. You'll lead incident response initiatives, manage security audits, and stay ahead of emerging threats through continuous threat intelligence analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices across organizational systems
- Lead incident response planning and execution for security breaches and cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits
- Manage security awareness training programs for employees at all levels
- Oversee security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and SIEM platforms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (PDPA, ISO 27001) and industry standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into system development lifecycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of cybersecurity experience with 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+)
- Expert knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks and incident response protocols
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in Malaysia
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
