Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager, Data Analytics - Deliveries Strategy (Marketplace) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead analytics initiatives focused on delivery-partner quality and engagement processes. You will experiment, implement, and scale projects that ensure the platform operates efficiently while delivering exceptional value to our delivery partners and users.

As part of the Marketplace Strategy team, you will bridge the gap between complex data and actionable business strategy. You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from data collection and modeling to reporting and strategic recommendations. We are looking for someone who can navigate ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and leverage data to solve real-world logistics challenges. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the design and implementation of data analytics projects focused on delivery-partner quality and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
  • Conduct in-depth A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize delivery processes and improve platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth within the marketplace ecosystem.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making and roadmap prioritization.
  • Drive the definition of metrics and success criteria for new delivery features and engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Research within the tech or logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, plus Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in the gig-economy, e-commerce, or supply chain management sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on results and continuous learning.
