- Oversee data quality initiatives and implement governance policies to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead data collection, processing, and storage strategies using modern data management platforms
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and lineage records
- Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions for data anomalies
- Train and mentor junior staff on data management best practices and tools
- Support data migration projects and system integrations across Macquarie's operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or analytics roles
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA) and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience managing data projects in financial services or multinational corporations
- Certification in data management (CDMP, CDMQ) or related field is highly desirable
