Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable process improvements.
- Monitor data integrity across internal systems and implement audit procedures to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support the design and implementation of new methodologies to streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to solve specific operational pain points or support strategic projects.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling presentations and visual aids.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, commercial operations, or a similar business intelligence role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas); knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate data findings clearly.
