Liberty Commercial Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Data Management to spearhead our data analysis initiatives in Tabaco City. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex raw data and strategic business decision-making. You will be responsible for overseeing data integrity, managing analytical projects, and providing actionable insights that drive our operational efficiency and customer service standards.

You will work closely with department heads to interpret trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that our data infrastructure supports our long-term goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data collection, analysis, and reporting strategies to support executive decision-making.
- Supervise the daily operations of the data management team to ensure high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Audit and maintain database integrity, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline data workflows and reduce process bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve data literacy and system utilization across the organization.
- Identify emerging technological solutions to improve data visualization and reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management, business analysis, or a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced/VBA), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into simplified, actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Experience in the retail or customer service sector is a significant advantage.
