Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels
- Optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Coordinate with sales teams to align campaign objectives with revenue goals
- Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance organic visibility
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign operations
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Demonstrated success in multi-channel campaign execution
