- Drive operational excellence and efficiency across terminal and logistics activities.
- Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing productivity and service quality.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Supervise and mentor teams to achieve key performance targets and foster a culture of safety and innovation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain world-class standards.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and long-term planning initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Strong leadership potential with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
