Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in development planning or project management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in feasibility studies and financial modeling
- Proficiency in project management software and dashboard reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
