Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies to grow the pool of active driver and rider-partners.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding operations, ensuring a seamless and fast experience for new applicants.
- Lead and mentor a team of acquisition associates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Monitor and analyze acquisition metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to optimize local lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local government regulations and internal Grab onboarding policies.
- Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction during the initial lifecycle stage to ensure long-term retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, preferably in ride-hailing or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment or field operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
