Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders
- Lead and mentor 15-20 warehouse staff through shift scheduling, performance reviews, and skill development
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99%+ stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to increase order processing speed by 20%
- Coordinate with procurement team to align inventory levels with promotional calendars
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company operational protocols
- Analyze KPIs (order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, labor efficiency) and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve shipping delays and customer complaints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with e-commerce or retail background
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven track record in team development and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and OSHA safety regulations
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills
