This position requires a hands-on leader who can oversee technical specifications, manage complex project lifecycles, and ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and building codes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage electrical and M&E project execution from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all projects adhere to strict quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to guarantee timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project reports.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff to foster professional growth.
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Engineer in the M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and relevant safety codes.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid Electrical Engineer license or professional certification.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
