Tanggung Jawab
- Lead electrical system design, installation, and commissioning for marine vessels
- Supervise and mentor engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for electrical operations
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for electrical projects
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with SOLAS and class society requirements
- Develop technical documentation including schematics, reports, and maintenance procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for electrical system performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/offshore electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of IEC 60092 maritime electrical standards
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools (e.g., EPLAN)
- Certification in marine electrical engineering (e.g., Class Society certifications)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
