PGF Insulation is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Assistant Manager for Electrical & Facilities to join our expanding team in Kulim, Kedah. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all electrical maintenance activities to ensure high uptime for production machinery and infrastructure.
- Supervise daily facility operations, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage departmental budgeting, procurement, and cost-control initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead and execute facility upgrade projects, including planning, vendor selection, and project oversight.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality delivery of maintenance and repairs.
- Implement and lead emergency response protocols and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to engineering staff to foster a culture of professional growth and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or plant facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, and facility control systems.
- Registered Professional Engineer or relevant certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to emergency maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
