Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities in the energy and power sector.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, technology providers, and government entities.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports, feasibility studies, and presentation materials for senior management.
- Monitor global decarbonization trends and regulatory shifts to advise on business strategy.
- Collaborate with regional teams to execute energy projects and investment opportunities.
- Ensure project compliance with internal corporate governance and external regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in project lifecycle management, from initial proposal through to implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the energy, power, or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of decarbonization, renewable energy technologies, and power market dynamics.
- Proven track record in project management, market intelligence, or business development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
