- Oversee building infrastructure and M&E systems maintenance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
- Minimum 3-5 years in engineering/facilities management
- Experience with M&E systems and building infrastructure
- Project management certification preferred
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of safety compliance standards (OSHA/SF)
- Proficiency in facility management software
