This is a mission-critical role dedicated to the maintenance, optimization, and operational integrity of our proprietary iFerret system—an advanced, AI-driven radar technology designed to detect Foreign Object Debris (FOD) on runways to ensure the absolute safety of flight operations.

You will interface with cutting-edge sensor technology, data analytics platforms, and cross-functional teams to minimize airfield disruption. We are seeking a proactive engineer with a strong technical background in systems integration, sensor technology, or automation to manage complex troubleshooting and preventative maintenance schedules.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the operational maintenance and calibration of the iFerret runway debris detection system to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues within the iFerret infrastructure in high-pressure airfield environments.
- Coordinate with airfield operations teams to manage maintenance windows and ensure zero impact on flight schedules.
- Analyze system performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and implement proactive system enhancements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure optimal performance of system components.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for system safety compliance.
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in the onboarding of new engineering personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the sensitivity and reliability of detection algorithms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, industrial automation, or sensor-based technologies.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex integrated systems, preferably in aviation or high-security environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic programming (e.g., Python, C++, or SQL) for system performance monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of accountability for critical infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a high-stakes environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for working in restricted airfield zones.
- Prior experience in radar technology or optical detection systems is highly advantageous.
