Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the comprehensive facility management and preventative maintenance of campus building systems.
- Coordinate and oversee infrastructure development projects from the conceptual planning phase to successful completion.
- Supervise Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of building systems to optimize efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure projects meet institutional requirements.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, tender specifications, and safety assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory building regulations, environmental standards, and university health and safety policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building & Facilities Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or building construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and WSH standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities in managing complex building services and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced academic environment and manage multiple project workstreams concurrently.
