Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the comprehensive planning and management of building systems and infrastructure development projects.
- Oversee the execution of Addition & Alteration (A&A) works to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Manage facility management operations, including maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to resolve technical engineering issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation related to estate development and project progress.
- Lead and mentor junior engineering staff to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in facility management or estate development.
- Proven track record in managing A&A projects and building systems planning.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced university setting.
- Familiarity with MS Project or similar engineering management software is preferred.
