Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee facility management operations including maintenance schedules, system performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance programs
- Lead planning and execution of infrastructure development projects from concept to completion
- Manage addition & alteration (A&A) works ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery
- Develop and maintain facility management documentation including CAD drawings, system schematics, and maintenance records
- Analyze facility performance data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, sustainability standards, and university policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or engineering services
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure development and A&A projects
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance protocols
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and facility management systems
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report preparation
